This application requires access to your device microphone RECORD_AUDIO for the following purposes:

• Allowing users to practice English vocabulary pronunciation.
• Allowing users to record their voice and listen back to their own pronunciation.
• Using speech recognition technology (Speech-to-Text) to evaluate pronunciation accuracy against vocabulary words.

The microphone is activated only when the user intentionally uses recording or pronunciation practice features.

2. Purpose of Audio Data Use

Audio data recorded by users is used only for the following purposes:

• Playback so users can self-assess and improve their pronunciation.
• Processing through speech recognition technology to check pronunciation accuracy.

The application does not store audio recordings long-term on our servers unless this is clearly stated in a specific feature.

3. Data Sharing

The application does not sell, rent, or share users’ audio recordings with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Voice data may be processed by third-party service providers solely for the purpose of converting speech to text. These providers may access only the data necessary to perform that function.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data and ensure that all information is processed securely.

5. Children’s Privacy

This application is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We do not collect, store, or process personal data of children below the age defined by applicable law.
